Spanning over 2000 square meters, our facility houses various offices and a spacious production, assembly, and logistics area.
Our production cycle kicks off in our in-house design department, where concepts are transformed into designs and then crafted by our skilled team in the production and upholstery departments. Utilizing cutting-edge equipment and expertise, each component is carefully fabricated, ensuring precision and durability.
From assembly to final inspection, every step is closely monitored to guarantee the creation of reliable, long-lasting, and customer-centric devices. We’re committed to delivering excellence at every stage of the production journey.
Design
The in-house design department is responsible for the design and development of all Fisiotech devices used in physiotherapy and rehabilitation. This department plays a crucial role in ensuring that all devices are safe, functional, and comfortable to best support healthcare professionals Our primary aim is to ensure premium quality, safety, and comfort.
Welding
The internal welding department is a fundamental component within Fisiotech’s production process. The quality and precision of the welds are crucial to ensure the safety and reliability of the devices.
The process begins with the selection of raw materials and proceeds to the complete fabrication of structures, aided by jigs and precision benches.
Once the welding is completed, the structures are prepared for powder coating.
Upholstery
The internal upholstery department crafts all padded and upholstered surfaces, not only for the couches but also for all dedicated accessories and Fisiotech products, ensuring they are comfortable, durable, and aesthetically pleasing.
Our skilled operators handle the cutting, sewing, and assembly of all individual parts through a fully artisanal process.
Assembly
The last stage of production in our company is the assembly department, which plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process: all product components are assembled to create the finished product.
This department is essential to ensure that all products are ready for use, meet design specifications, and that every task is executed to perfection.
